Work environment: Radiology Interventional
Work hours: PRN - Days: 0700-1530 shift: Rotating weekdays based on department need and On Call Rotating Weekends Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, a 369-bed acute-care, full-service medical center has been serving Arlington and the surrounding communities since 1958. Position Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
Experience
1 year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Procedural, Interventional Radiology, PACU, Pre Op, OR, GI, IR or ICU Experience highly preferred
Skills
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Supervision
Individual Contributor
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
OSHA
Tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
