As a Commercial Project manager, you will be fully responsible for all commercial related matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, and Tax topics. You will ensure compliance with accounting methods and reporting adopted is compliant with internal governance and audit requirements.

Location: DCU Alpha, DCU Campus, Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Dublin. This role would allow you to work in the office for 2/3 days per week and remotely.

You’ll make a difference by:

•Ensuring timely processing of projects/ orders via case management tool onto SAP system, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.

•Managing and Controlling projects including analysis of plan/actual deviations, timely checks for project related provisions/accruals/risk contingencies on basis of adequate documentation.

•Conducting regular project reviews and ensure the development and implementation of measures to safeguard project success.

•Forecast and Reporting responsibility for projects to ensure delivery of business KPI’s

•Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing in line with customer purchase orders and agreed project payment applications dates.

•Claims and Contract Management including contract reviews, commercial analysis of customer and supplier contracts for claim or variation order potential.

•Be part of and drive the PEX Digital Taskforce in Ireland, focusing on optimizing the PEX Digital Landscape and Tooling.
