Hiring a Material Handler for a start up drone company in Hayward, CA!

Logistics:

• Day Shift 8am-4:30pm

• $25 based on relevant experience

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for receiving, shipping, and inventorying materials

• You will also be responsible for communicating via messaging, ticketing, and email platforms with other departments to accurately process returned drones that need repair.

• Maintain the flow of parts and vehicles in and out of the warehouse.

• Receive customer returns and properly document their conditions.

• Follow processes and bring up concerns and improvements (SOPs, Quality, Test, Defect Reporting, and Tracking).

• Ship replacement hardware and manage your own digital work queue.

• Communicate with the Customer Service team, Engineering, and Repair Teams primarily through ticket systems and chat software.
