Community Support Specialist at the Joplin OC Urgent Behavioral Solutions location has a Part-time (26 hours aweek) position available.Work schedule is Friday from 11am- 9pm, Saturday from 1pm - 9pm, and Sunday from 1pm - 9pm. Position does qualify for some benefits such as Dental, Vision, and 401K with employer-matching. This position provides case management services within a trauma-informed behavioral health urgent care setting with a variety of behavioral health conditions. This position assist individualswith finding and contacting community resources, assisting with making referrals to physicians, and communicating treatment to clientele's team members as needed. Positioncompletes documentation on visit and supports offered. Position requires a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work; or closely related field; or High School Diploma with any combination of 4-years of higher education and/or qualifying work experience in behavioral health. Prefer 1-year of experience working in mental health field, but will train the right employee.
