Posting End Date: May 29, 2024 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position Enbridge is hiring a Manager, Facilities Services Management who will provide operational leadership and planning for the execution of our REWS policies, projects, and plans. The manager will ensure Workplace Services (WPS) to our Utilities businesses are aligned with Enbridge values and business direction while ensuring alignment across North America, while working to develop and continually enhance a network of senior level internal and external relationships to provide agreed deliverables and to support Enbridge. The Manager will contribute to the long-term effectiveness of the company and our North American Utilities. Here's what you will do: Continually review and refine the Workplace Services customer service model. Accountable for leading the (WPS) teams in providing planning, utilization, and services to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all building occupants while optimizing the use and efficiency of all facilities within an overall strategic framework. Initially the role will focus on our Utility business in Ohio and we expect that the scope will increase over time to include other Utility businesses in North America. Ensure operational alignment across areas of responsibility, including workplace design and furniture specifications. Oversee budget preparation, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, capital, charge backs, financial forecasting, budget execution and reporting, and determining workforce mix (employee/contractor/consultants). Promote environmental sustainability and an overall environmental philosophy as it pertains to workplace management, policies, recycling program management, energy audits and retrofits, building commissioning, building system audits, purchasing policies, vendor relationship management, and indoor air quality management. Develop workforce productivity improvements, including process and technical improvements such as lighting, air quality, thermal comfort, and design alignment with business functions. Manage Operations, Maintenance and Repair, including preventative, breakdown and custodial maintenance, trash removal, energy management, system/equipment inventory, maintenance and repair work, disaster recovery, andsupplies procurement. Oversee Facility Emergency management, including emergency preparedness planning, threat assessment, and fire drill training. Oversee Security and Life Safety management, including access controls, physical deterrents, electronic security, and vulnerability assessments. Oversee Administrative Services, including food services, move management, mail management, duplication and graphic services and parking. Who you are: You have: A related Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience within the WPS & Facilities Management industry including at least 5 years in a significant Strategic Leadership role OR an equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience. For candidates who do not possess a Bachelor's degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required. Significant professional development leading to excellence in areas of Facilities and Real Estate Management. Experience working and leading in large complex organizations.
