Your responsibilities in this role

  • Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

  • Explore the internet for information

  • Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Investigate reports and sheets of data

  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

  • Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources Requirements - Proven knowledge of operations

  • Earlier work involving digital

  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

  • Quality experience with Database

  • Previous experience working with Operating System

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Hands-on experience with Keyboard Skills

  • Wide ranging experience with scanning

  • General familiarity with Policy

  • Prior experience with Numeric

  • Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Deep understanding of reporting

  • Training experience

  • Well-founded grasp of procedures

  • Experience with Deficiencies

  • Solid understanding of EO/IR systems

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of HS Diploma

  • Comprehension of Written Communication

  • Skills in Computer Hardware

  • Command of documentation

    • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Demonstrated typing accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
