Crown Lift Trucks is opening a new location in the Phoenix, AZ area and is seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions.

PARTS SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with parts personnel to coordinate activities

• Set and review parts inventory levels, monitor overstocked and understocked parts, and assist with periodic return of overstocked items to corporate office

• May oversee parts fleet vehicle maintenance

• May review and approve vendor invoices

• Conduct and participate in parts strategy meetings, including assisting with account strategy

• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations, participate in product demonstrations, and address customer service issues

• Select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports

• Assist manager with budget preparation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Preferred qualifications include associate degree and five to seven years of experience in parts distribution, inventory control, warehouse management, lift truck industry, or automotive industry
