Philips Sales Enablement Analyst in Plymouth, Minnesota

Sales Enablement Analyst

You like to tackle challenges and solve them using a methodical approach. You deliver quality results using a detail-oriented project management approach. You deliver insights by merging multiple data sets and performing analyses. You are methodical and apply rigorous quality control and process to your day to day activities to ensure 100% accuracy. You enjoy working with multiple teams to connect business strategy and execution. Your in-depth knowledge of business processes makes you a trusted advisor.

Your role:

Project Management

  • Provide guidance to the sales team, performing a wide-range of activities and tasks with various degrees of complexity

  • Proactively support sales strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate, and timely business information to drive decisions and issue resolution

  • Execute daily order management; tracking discrepancies for follow-up

  • Research and resolve problems with orders, customer accounts or other related issues

  • Provide sales team with data, reports and other related information

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support successful execution of new product introductions

  • Create and execute against project plans and identify and mitigate delivery risks

  • Communicate and gain buy-in of stakeholders

  • Focus on developing and implementing inventory management solutions

Process Optimization and Quality

  • Incorporate quality control procedures into day to day activities

  • Execute inventory process controls including expiration management and lot/product tracking

  • Drive continuous process improvement projects

  • Operate autonomously within procedures, methods and techniques

  • Provide direction internally & externally according to established policies to frequently resolve a variety of issues

  • Working knowledge of company products, service, policies & systems and utilizes skillset to meet business needs

Analytical Experience

  • Research product history for compliance to regulatory policies

  • Review data and interpret results to make informed decisions

  • Identify key issues and patterns and implement solutions to correct

  • Must display critical thinking skills, including the ability to assess data to reach new conclusions based on findings

  • Research problems of various complexities to determine appropriate action / resolution

Reporting and Communication

  • Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders

  • Able to interface closely with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Receive objectives with goals specific to system and process adoption

  • Build productive internal / external working relationship

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years medical device experience preferred;

  • 4+ years of customer facing experience

  • Organization / Time management - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with sales teams, business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM tools

  • Proficiency with Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, Monte Carlo simulation, optimization)

  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and manage competing priorities

  • Ability to successfully work on cross functional projects/teams
