This is a full-time, hourly position.

Job Summary:

The Bulk Receiving Operator is an hourly position and is responsible for safely receiving and inventorying all incoming bulk ingredients.

Work Duties and Required Skills

• Follow the expectations of all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.

• Receive inbound ingredients to the desired bins.

• Proficient in computer programs for inventory management.

• Ability to operate hand truck, forklift, and pallet jack.

• Assure product is properly inspected before receiving into the plant and meet all of ADM receiving specifications. Notify Plant Leadership as necessary, if any out-of-spec quality conditions exist.

• Unload ingredient trucks per standard operating procedure (SOP).

• Practice good customer service procedures per Customer Service Guidelines:

• Customer Service Guidelines includes being prompt and courteous, unloading customer’s trucks according to ADM ANI procedures within a reasonable amount of time with minimum customer delays.

• Accurate reporting with necessary paperwork.

• Participate in shift exchange review and response meetings to communicate your key process indicator performance.

• Once qualified, provide mentoring and training to new colleagues in the Bulk Receiving position.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership

• At times, overtime will be required
