WTW Contract Management Analyst in Taguig, Philippines

The Role

The Contract Management Analyst is focused on the efficient completion of a contracting request, engaging with internal stakeholders throughout the process and effectively communicating with client leads the status of a contract as needed. This person would champion the best practices in the contracting process with a CLMS and ensure they track the required details correctly. This person should also have a strong presence with Sales Operations, Client Leads, LOB Leaders, Legal, ICS, COEs along with other Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine if criteria were met to loop in sales negotiation support team

  • Engage Contracting Specialist where needed

  • Support process of initial creation of MSAs

  • Project manage internal discussions around MSAs with internal functions involved in contracting

  • Act as a liaison between internal client leads

  • Ensure the tiered approvals process is followed and work with the COE Lead in coordination for Contract Approval Council approval if required

  • Champion the utilization of a CLMS and follow best practices in engagement with our SMEs

  • Works closely with Sales Operations, Client Leads, Legal, ICS, LOBs, COEs and other SMEs

  • Helps the Contracting and Assessments COE in improving processes to gain efficiencies and partnering with WTW colleagues to implement changes

  • Support documentation and responses gathering related to contract requests and security and technical questionnaires

  • Develop accurate information and generic content

  • Support the building, maintenance, and use of database

  • Provide input to post-submission debriefs and contribute ideas as part of ongoing initiatives to improve the processes and/or the quality of the deliverables.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year experience in contract management

  • An ability to organize, maintain, and manage a process

  • Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to successfully communicate across multiple stakeholder groups along with a strong sense of ownership

  • Ability to problem-solve and be a creative thinker

  • Ability to collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, work in teams, leverage the resources of other related groups to accomplish common objectives, and work on virtual teams across geographies

  • High level of business acumen

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Team-oriented and collaborative

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multiple competing demands, ambiguity, and frequent change

  • Must be flexible on working hours to attend meetings based on demands of the contract

  • Excellent communication skills along with strong writing and editing skills required

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines is a must

  • Good command of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have:

  • Legal, Contracting, RFP and/or assessment experience is a plus

  • Experience of working in a professional services organization
