Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Wilsonville, Oregon. The successful candidate will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and will need to be onsite for the initial phase of the contract, with the potential to work a hybrid schedule in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and reconcile invoices and payments in a timely manner

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

• Conduct three-way match for invoice processing to ensure accuracy

• Utilize financial software, such as Great Plains and Biztrack, to manage accounts payable

• Manage and maintain inventory records as part of the role

• Perform check runs and code invoices as required

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable

• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations

• Adhere to all financial policies and regulations to maintain compliance

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Should be proficient in Data Entry

• Must have experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
